Location: West Sussex

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE + generous car allowance + bonus

The Role

We are seeking an experienced QS or SQS looking for their next position with an international construction company working on a £130m pound commercial and manufacturing project in West Sussex. Excellent career development and progression opportunities throughout the business.

This company is an international construction company with a £1bn turnover who operate across Europe, USA, Canada and Australia in sectors such as data centres, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and food.

The role will require

• Main contractor experience on large projects
  
  
• Client variation costing
  
  
• Strong experience negotiating up and down the chain
  
  
• Managing subcontractor accounts
  
  
• Able to work on their own
  
  Desired Skills & Qualifications
  
  
• Ideally degree in Quantity Surveying
  
  
• COINS experience (advantageous)
  
  
• Experience working on large UK construction projects with a main contractor
  
  
• Strong JCT Knowledge
  
  
• Able to work in the office 5 days per week
