We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager passionate about healthcare communications to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns for global pharmaceutical brands, including websites, HCP engagement tools, social media, apps, and congress materials. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while fostering strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment, manages multiple complex projects, and excels at bringing clarity to chaos.


Responsibilities:


  1. Lead mid-to-large scale digital and integrated projects (£500k+)
  2. Manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets from initiation to delivery
  3. Serve as the primary client contact for project delivery
  4. Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices within the agency
  5. Champion quality assurance, process improvement, and operational excellence


Qualifications:


  1. Proven project management experience, preferably within an agency setting
  2. Experience with pharma/healthcare campaigns, with ABPI knowledge essential
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  4. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
