Senior Project Manager / Site based, Northumberland – Pharmaceutical new build project – Contract role – Long term - £500 - £600 per day (DOE)– all-inclusive rate – Outside IR35
A new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager for a business that Designs and Constructs Clean Rooms, Laboratories and similar facilities within the Life Sciences sector.
The role is based in Northumberland where the live pharmaceutical new build projects is active. A chance to have a real impact at senior level on an £100 million life science project with scope for long term (2 years +) and fantastic rates.
This company works with some of the best, and well-known pharmaceutical giants in the World.
In this role:
You will be responsible for and lead all site-based and support activities required for the successful and class leading delivery of the project; This will include the planning, programming, design management, monitoring, reporting and completion of projects ensuring that the customers’ needs are met and aligned with the set budget and project KPIs across all functions.

Ideal candidate:

  • Significant experience with pharmaceutical (Design and Build) projects, particularly in the construction of laboratories and cleanrooms.
  • Experience in leading large £100M+ design and build construction projects through delivery to handover.
  • Working knowledge of company safety and quality procedures.
  • Knowledge of delivery under NEC4 contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicational skills.
  • We are looking for a Senior PM that has both Consutruction and Pharma internal fit out experience, (Clean Room, Laboratories, Datat Centre)
