Senior Project Manager (Food & Beverage / Pharma / Process / Chemical Background Required)
Salary: £65k-£75k + 10% Bonus + Company Car

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage large-scale projects, typically exceeding €5 million, from the initial quotation through to commissioning and project closure.
  
  
• Financial Accountability: Full ownership of project financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and scope.
  
  
• Project Organisation: Lead and organise project teams, ensuring successful execution
  
  
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, managing complex relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Risk & Claim Management: Proactively manage risks and claims throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership to project engineers, with responsibility for delivering large-scale projects within set timelines, costs, and quality parameters.
  
  Your Profile:
  
  
• 10+ years of experience managing multinational technical projects within relevant industries.
  
  
• Expertise in project management methodologies and commercial management.
  
  
• Strong leadership, with the ability to manage teams and drive project success without direct line authority.
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.
  
  
• Highly proficient in risk management and financial project control.
