You’ll be at the heart of product strategy, data innovation, and business growth. This isn’t just about managing a roadmap, it’s about owning and building data products that empower pharma to reach the right healthcare professionals faster.


You’ll work closely with business development, marketing, customer success, technology, and compliance teams to bring visionary solutions to life. You’ll define, scope, measure, and deliver products that drive real impact for clients and patients.

What will you be doing? 🛠️


  • Own and build data products that support pharma in multi-channel HCP targeting and engagement
  • Understand market dynamics and customer needs to identify analytics and insights that drive awareness for new treatments
  • Create multi-dimensional targeting models using clinical, scientific, digital, prescription, and engagement data
  • Design, build, and implement solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define, scope, and deliver products
  • Facilitate pricing, packaging, and business decisions that drive growth
  • Be an evangelist for data-driven innovation in the pharma industry
  • Align the organization behind your product vision and roadmap
  • Lead end-to-end agile execution for your product portfolio


What we’re looking for 🔍


  • 6+ years in product management designing, building, and launching cloud data or software solutions in pharma, medtech, or biotech
  • Deep pharma expertise, knowledge of the drug lifecycle and data sources for HCO/HCP targeting (scientific, clinical, digital, prescription, sales, engagement)
  • Proven expertise in AI, analytics, data science, and machine learning
  • Experience blending structured and unstructured data and creating scoring models (HCP/HCO targeting experience a big plus)
  • Proficient in Agile practices and experienced with Scrum teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across multiple departments in a multicultural environment
  • Self-starter mindset, thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
