Are you an ambitious scientist with a PhD and/or industry experience in bispecific or T-cell engager development, eager to accelerate novel cancer immunotherapies?


Join a pioneering biotechnology company at the forefront of engineeringTCR engagersfor immuno-oncology application. This role is critical to advancing novel therapeutic candidates rapidly towards clinical development, with an IND submission targeted within a year.


The client are seeking a dynamic Senior or Principal Scientist to lead crucialin vivo and in vitro validation of TCR engagers.


This role specifically requiresbispecific or T-cell engager experience with IND-enabling processes.

Your technical responsibilities will span:

  • TCR design and characterization.
  • Protein science operations, including expression, purification, and biophysical analysis (e.g., SPR - experience preferred but not essential).
  • Molecular biology dutiessuch as cloning, mutagenesis, DNA isolation, and preparing libraries for deep sequencing (emphasis on cloning and PCR preferred).
  • Cellular and immunological assays(e.g., cell killing assays, flow cytometry, IncuCyte-based assays, ELISA).
  • Tissue culture management.
  • Experience withNGS analysis pipelines(specifically data analysis using R) is desired.
  • Experience overseeing outsourcedin vivostudies (without needing to have performed them yourself) is a plus.
