This role offers the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment, collaborating with top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech clients to drivetransformational change.


The firm partners with leading pharmaceutical companies acrossEurope, supporting large-scale programs inERP, data & analytics, AI, and cloud transformation. With a strong reputation forinnovationandstrategic advisory, the Life Sciences practice is expanding rapidly and seeks senior professionals with a passion for delivering high-impact solutions.


As a senior member of the team, theSenior Principalwill be responsible for developing client relationships, shaping strategic initiatives, and overseeing major transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadmajor transformation programsfor top pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Act as atrusted advisorto senior client executives, building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
  • Overseeprogram governance, leading key forums such asProgram BoardsandSteering Committees, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Take full accountability forprogram delivery, including risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight.
  • Drive the development ofnew service offerings, expanding the practice’s capabilities in response to market needs.
  • Lead and contribute tobusiness development, including proposals,RFPs/RFIs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional resources, includinginternal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore delivery centers, to optimize execution.
  • Mentor and develop consulting talent within the firm, fostering a culture ofexcellence and collaboration.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 12+ years of experiencein theLife Sciencessector (Pharma, MedTech, CDMO, Consumer Health) with a focus onCommercial Business and transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of leadinglarge-scale transformation programswithin major pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations.
  • Extensiveconsulting experience, with the ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships with senior leadership.
  • Expertise inM&A strategy, due diligence, and integrationwithin the Life Sciences industry.
  • Deep understanding ofindustry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Strong experience in managingcross-functional, global teams, delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Business development expertise, with the ability toidentify opportunities, lead sales efforts, and win new business.
  • Superiorstakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working withglobal delivery modelsthat includeonshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and leadership skills, capable of influencing executive decision-making.
  • Willingness to travelacross Europe as required for client engagements.
