Senior Mechanical Estimator – London

I am currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join my clients team in London, they have newly secured projects in and around London up to £15 million.

They focus on Commercial, Residential, Pharmaceutical and Industrial type projects.

I am looking for an individual with experience working for a leading M&E contractor in the past.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for progression and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Submission of Mechanical Tenders

  • Ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Liaising with clients & contractors

  • Variations

  • Procurement

  • Finalise tender bids

  • Secure contracts

  • Handovers

  • Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations

  • Measuring and take offs for materials and labour

    Candidate requirements:

  • Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience working within an M&E Contractor
