Key Responsibilities

This role supports manufacturing and supply activities for both Clinical and Commercial products at Immunocore. Responsibilities include evaluating, selecting, and establishing Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), managing ongoing programs, and providing leadership oversight. The role involves collaboration with CDMOs, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Senior Manager will also support regulatory submissions, manage cold chain activities, and foster cross-departmental communication.

Essential Experience and Knowledge:

  • Proven delivery in CMC operations within biotech or pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in supplier sourcing and selection
  • Project management experience across multiple projects
  • Knowledge of biopharmaceutical regulatory submissions (IND, IMPD, BLA)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in contract negotiation

Travel up to 10-15% may be required.

Education and Qualifications

Educated to BSc level or higher in life sciences or related field; Masters, PhD, or PharmD preferred. PMP certification is a plus but not necessary.
