Position Description Summary
The Senior Manager, AI & Advanced Analytics delivers hands-on support for building, deploying, and maintaining AI models, automation tools, and digital agents within R&D. Ensures systems are user-friendly, integrated with existing platforms, and aligned with compliance and operational goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows independently.
- Work with users to gather requirements, deliver prototypes, and iterate solutions for R&D use cases.
- Contribute to documentation, validation, and audit-readiness activities.
- Monitor model performance, gather feedback, and support retraining or optimization efforts.
- Provide technical support for integration with data pipelines and R&D platforms.
- Lead training programs and user onboarding activities.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7 years of experience working with AI, automation, or data science solutions.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages, ML frameworks, or automation tools.
- Understanding of life sciences or regulated industry processes is preferred.
- Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
