We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team. You’ll play a key role in designing and scaling the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven applications, ensuring our systems are fast, secure, and reliable as we grow.
What You'll Do

• Build and scale cloud-native infrastructure, primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Contribute to architectural decisions for platform services and system design.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best
practices.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized services with Kubernetes.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to support fast, secure delivery.
• Implement and maintain observability tooling for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams—including AI/ML, backend, and data—to support
development and production workflows.
• Help drive improvements in system performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, with additional exposure to GCP or Azure a plus.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling.
• Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python).
• Ability to contribute to architectural planning and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in complex or ambiguous
environments.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Elasticsearch in production.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or data/compute-heavy environments.
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience working directly with internal or external customers to support and
troubleshoot complex systems.
• Background in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
