Senior Estimator
Location: Gerrards Cross, Birmingham or Leeds
Salary: Negotiable 
 
Are you an experienced Senior Estimator ready for your next challenge? Join a leading MEP & Construction business specialising in Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, and Industrial Build projects. We’re looking for a driven individual to support our client’s pre-construction team based in Gerrards Cross, Birmingham, or Leeds (initial weeks based at Head Office)

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Estimator, you'll be instrumental in leading the tendering and cost planning for Data Centres, Pharmaceutical builds, and large-scale industrial projects

Review tender documents and assess project requirements
Prepare material and subcontract enquiries
Attend strategy meetings and site visits
Develop cost plans and budgets
Produce analytical estimates and Bills of Quantities
Present tenders to senior management
Support project handover to delivery teams   
Skills and Experience

Solid experience in estimating or quantity surveying
Strong understanding of MEP and HVAC systems
Background in Data Centres, Pharma, or Industrial Build   
Remuneration and Benefits

Salary: Negotiable
Holidays: 25 days + Bank holidays
