About the role
We’re looking for a highly strategic, ambitious, and data-driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive . You will be responsible for closing new Accounts and growing our customer base. This highly strategic role requires a rare combination of skills including consulting, selling, project management, and customer service. In addition, you are an excellent communicator and come with an entrepreneurial spirit.We are particularly looking for individuals with experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors . Userlane has great traction in these sectors and continues to be a key focus area for our next phase of growth. An interest in leveraging AI to drive continuous evolution in sales excellence and customer value is also essential. You stay ahead of the curve, using AI-driven insights to fine-tune your approach and elevate client impact.
Your three main responsibilities: Expand the use of Userlane’s solutions within new business areas, with a focus on Pharmaceutical and Healthcare clients
Create a digital adoption strategy in close collaboration with and for your key accounts
Drive expansion, upsell, and renewals for your assigned accounts
Actively manage and drive the sales cycle
Steer, negotiate and close multi-year contracts
Closely collaborate with internal teams (e.g. customer success team) to ensure customer satisfaction
Attain and exceed the yearly sales quota
Manage your activities in SFDC
Stay on top of the game by applying AI-driven tools and techniques to optimize outreach, engagement, and deal progression
Your profile: You have a strong background in a customer-facing role along with account management or sales experience in the software industry, ideally SaaS or solution sales
You have a minimum of five years of experience in enterprise selling
You are driven by the desire to take your assigned accounts to the next level
You come with a proven record of (over-) achieving quota
You have a distinct sales acumen
You are a persuasive, resilient, and excellent communicator
You bring experience or a strong interest in the pharma and healthcare sector
You are curious and forward-thinking, with a desire to apply AI as a lever for smarter, more adaptive selling
