Senior Electrical Estimator - Water Industry
A specialist MEICA contractor working primarily in the Water Utilities sector is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to be based out of the Dorking office. If you have experience in estimating, tendering or proposals then this could be the perfect role for you!

Duties for Senior Electrical Estimator


  • Help lead the daily running of the electrical tendering departments.

  • Review cost estimates and customer specifications to ensure all requirements have been met in the estimate.

  • Ensure all proposal documents are well presented.

  • Comparison of costings from previous projects.

  • Assist tendering team with the preparation of tendering programmes.

  • Assist with identifying changes during the engineering/construction phase and the change this has on cost.

  • Ensure a smooth handover from the tendering team to the project delivery team.

Qualifications/Experience for Senior Electrical Estimator

  • Degree/HND in an engineering discipline
  • Experience working within water or similar process-driven environment
  • Knowledge of NEC3/4 and IChemE conditions of contract
  • Eligible to work in the UK
