As Senior Data Product Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of our product data strategy supporting pharma in targeting and engaging physicians in a multi-channel world. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams - business development, marketing, customer success, professional services, and technology - to bring visionary products to life.

What you'll do
• Understand the market dynamics and our customers' needs
• Identify the analytics & insights that best help Pharma raise awareness for new treatment options
• Create multi-dimensional targeting models based on clinical, scientific, digital, prescription and engagement
• Own and deliver your portfolio of products & services
• Design, build and implement brilliant solutions
• Collaborate with clients, business development, customer success, technology, legal & compliance to define, scope, measure and deliver solutions
• Facilitate pricing, packaging, and business decisions that drive business growth
• Be an evangelist for PeakData to the market
• Align the organisation behind your product & services vision
• Own your value streams' product roadmap and the end-to-end agile execution

What you'll bring
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of product management experience designing, building and launching cloud data and/or software solutions in Pharma, MedTech, or BioTech
• Pharma Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug lifecycle, from clinical approval to market exit, especially relating to data sources used by pharma for HCO & HCP targeting, including scientific, clinical, digital, prescription, sales, and engagement data
• AI and Data Proficiency: Proven expertise in AI, analytics, data science, and machine learning to develop innovative data products
• Data Integration Skills: Skilled in blending structured and unstructured data and in creating scoring models (experience in HCP/HCO targeting a big plus)
• Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile practices and experienced with Scrum teams.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work effectively across multiple departments in a multicultural environment
• Builder: You're a self-starter and thrive in an environment where you can help build a company
