Allerton Bishop Search is currently searching for a Senior CMC Project Manager for a biotechnology company with a global presence. The Senior CMC Project Manager will be based in England and will take responsibility for CMC program management for a portfolio of biotech products.



Your responsibilities as the Senior CMC Project Manager will be:


  • Lead technical operations strategy through clinical and post-market phases.
  • Work closely with cross functional colleagues in Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure global product supply and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead product programs to manage resources, timelines, budgets, and risk plans.
  • As the Senior CMC Project Manager, you will support product launches and lifecycle management with commercial and regulatory teams.
  • Oversee and support regulatory affairs with CMC content for regulatory submissions and maintain compliance post-launch.



Required Work Experience and Qualifications:


  • Degree educated is preferred
  • Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience is essential
  • Proven CMC and/or technical operations experience for biotech or cell/gene therapy products.
  • Previous work experience of commercialising biotech products.
