Spearheading plant modification and process development projects
Leading hazard assessments, HAZOPs, and safety evaluations (DSEAR, SIL, LOPA)
Collaborating with R&D, production, and engineering teams to bring new products to life
Overseeing relief system sizing and implementing DIERS methodology
Mentoring junior chemical engineers and acting as a key technical authority on-siteWhat we're looking for:

Degree-qualified Chemical Engineer with 5+ years' industrial experience
Strong working knowledge of COMAH regulations
Solid practical experience in commissioning, scale-up and plant optimisation
Exposure to DSEAR, LOPA, SIL, and relief system design
A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, technically demanding environmentWhat's in it for you?

40-hour week (Mon-Fri, typically 8am-4:30pm with some flexibility)
