The Opportunity
Are you a high-performing business development professional with a proven track record in

selling Building Management Systems (BMS) ? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading technology provider, playing a critical role in expanding our footprint across

key verticals including Defense, Healthcare, Education, and Pharmaceutical sectors .
We are seeking a

Senior Business Development Manager

to drive strategic sales initiatives, develop high-value client relationships, and close complex solution-based deals across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities across assigned verticals
Building relationships with key stakeholders within major organizations, consultants, and integrators
Understanding client challenges and proposing tailored BMS solutions
Working closely with technical teams to design and position winning solutions
Leading bid strategies, negotiations, and deal closures
Maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving ambitious revenue targets
Reporting to the Sales Director with accurate forecasting and strategic input
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of success in

B2B sales of BMS systems or building automation solutions
Deep understanding of the

building technologies market

and customer buying cycles
Strong network within at least one of the following sectors:

Defense, Healthcare, Education, or Pharmaceutical
Confident in managing

long sales cycles ,

complex stakeholder environments , and

solution-selling
Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute
Willing to travel across the UK as required
