Senior Brand Manager – Vaccines HCPE

12 Months Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Vaccines team to lead the marketing activities for Vaccines HCPE, a key strategic asset within our vaccine’s portfolio. This position offers high visibility and is a unique chance to gain marketing experience in a complex and innovative environment.

As the Senior Brand Manager for Vaccines HCPE, you will play a leading role in planning and overseeing the strategic and operational marketing approach, delivering a high-quality customer engagement plan in line with the brand strategy. Healthcare Professional Engagement (HCPE) through expert-led meetings is a key channel for the GSK vaccines team to achieve our commercial strategy. You will have the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career in a dynamic team on a priority brand. You will act as lead for planning and customer-centric execution of HCPE activities through a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational business planning for Vaccines HCPE, focusing on achieving key performance objectives.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of the HCPE operational plan, ensuring high performance in meeting execution.
  • Provide expertise in the design and performance optimisation of Vaccines HCPE content, utilising dashboards to drive data-driven enhancements and maximise content effectiveness.
  • Orchestrate and optimise data-driven customer experience journeys to maximise engagement and performance for Vaccines HCPE.
  • Support the cross-functional matrix team in navigating content approval processes efficiently while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Lead and manage regular forecasting and reporting cycles, ensuring accurate performance tracking and analysis.
  • Partner with field-based teams and FLSMs to ensure excellence and high performance in local HCPE execution, establishing and monitoring key metrics for success.
  • Collaborate closely with the aligned Capability Partner to implement targeted interventions for local HCPE execution across face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual events, with a focus on performance outcomes.
  • Provide line leadership and mentorship to the HCPE marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all event executions comply with relevant governance frameworks, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and adhering to ABPI and GSK policies in all marketing activities to maintain high performance standards.

  • Understanding and experience of working with the ABPI Code of Practice to create promotional and non-promotional content.

  • Vaccines experience preferred
