ERS are working with a long standing client who operate in the fast moving consumer goods space. They are responsible for the continued manufacturing of numerous household brands in the cosmetics, sexual wellbeing, medical and pharmaceutical areas, to name a few.


A rare opportunity to undertake the role of Senior Brand Manager is available due to success and expansion. You will oversee both healthcare and consumer brands, some of which are globally registered.


With their Marketing Team being winners of several recent awards, they are well placed to provide excellent guidance and support on existing projects for the successful candidate. Progression opportunities are well known amongst the Marketing Team due to their success, so there will be plenty of room for promotions in future for those that succeed.


Some Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Develop and implement strategy for a number of healthcare and consumer products
  • Lead vision for new products and other areas of the business
  • Work with third party agencies to coordinate projects - stakeholder management skills are essential
  • Manage projects and budgets independently
  • Oversee an intern under your supervision as part of the team structure
  • Monitor legislation and guidelines, managing risk and opportunities
  • Adhere to relevant conduct and SOPs at all times
  • Work with stakeholders to develop medical marketing SOPs


Key Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing role within a similar industry
  • Self starter personality and being comfortable with public speaking
  • Highly independent and ambitious
