Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Senior Associate Manufacturing to provide technical oversight for finished products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring technical excellence, managing GMP-relevant documentation, and supporting efficient production processes. Your expertise in packaging processes and materials will be vital for external manufacturing operations. This position involves leading or supporting product launches, tech transfers, and significant network initiatives.


Responsibilities:

- Provide expertise in packaging processes and materials.

- Participate in Joint Process Team meetings to ensure global standards are met.

- Manage change processes and maintain oversight of key batch processing records.

- Write and support technical reports to communicate process metrics and initiative statuses.

- Conduct site visits to assess capabilities and resolve technical issues.

- Ensure appropriate control strategies for assigned products.

- Identify continuous improvement opportunities using data and process knowledge.

- Support the generation and review of Annual Product Reports.

- Manage product/process transfer projects.

- Collaborate with TS/MS Leads and Operations on investigations related to deviations and complaints.

- Act as the primary TSMS contact for contract manufacturers.


Key Skills and Requirements:

- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or engineering.

- Fluency in English and another European language.

- Strong understanding of production processes and regulatory requirements.

- Proficient in project management and communication skills.

- Experience in technical transfer or project management at manufacturing scale.

- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.

- Skilled in writing technical reports and documents.

- Problem-solving expertise using statistical data analysis.

- Flexibility to travel as needed.
