Position We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Health team in London. You will get to work on diverse and exciting research and consulting projects with a range of life sciences businesses including biopharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of medical devices, and prescription digital therapeutics. We thrive when collaborating on our clients’ knottiest problems.
We are looking for someone confident to hit the ground running. Candidates will need to have excellent foundational research and project management skills, demonstrate commercial awareness and a capacity for problem solving, as well as a desire to learn. Ideally we are seeking ‘hybrid’ researchers those with experience of and understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research approaches. In the very least we want someone who is willing and able to embrace both methodologies.
Requirements The role
Senior Associates take ownership for the successful execution of research projects and are working on consulting skills. The role will include:
Managing both qualitative and quantitative projects to scope, time and budget
Acting as an everyday point of contact for clients on projects
Collaborating with others on the team to prepare research materials, moderate, analyse, write and deliver compelling research presentations, and facilitate workshops
Managing and contributing to client accounts
Taking an interest in the success of the Health team, and the wider business by getting involved with projects/initiatives outside of client and project responsibilities, such as business development, training, mentoring, developing marketing collateral, leading an internal research initiative, etc
Skills, knowledge
Solid ad hoc research and consultancy experience at an established agency within the life sciences sector
Ability to execute core elements of a project independently
Evidence of qualitative and/or quantitative research skill
Experience of basic analysis and interpretation skills to answer questions and communicate implications and insights
Evidence of client contact and management
Strong story-telling ability

Recruitment process
We will want to meet the successful candidate 3 times:
1st interview – 45 minutes with two senior members - virtual
2nd interview with task – 1.5 hour – office
3rd Stage – 20 minutes – Meet our MD - virtual
