About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Architectural Technologistto lead the technical delivery of advanced construction projects across Europe. You will be a key part of a multidisciplinary design team, responsible for delivering innovative architectural solutions in high-tech environments such as pharmaceutical, data centre, and advanced manufacturing sectors.


As a senior member of the design team, you will provide expert knowledge in construction technology, detailing, and compliance, and take ownership of project delivery from concept through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technically complex environments and who wants to be part of cutting-edge projects that shape the future of the built environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of architectural technical packages for complex, large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure coordinated and buildable solutions.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to BIM standards (Revit essential).
  • Ensure all designs meet relevant local and international building codes, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
  • Carry out technical reviews, audits, and quality control across multiple projects.
  • Support tender processes, site queries, and contractor engagement during the construction phase.
  • Mentor and support junior technologists and BIM technicians as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, technologies, and regulatory developments in the industry.


Requirements:

  • Degree or advanced diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience, with a strong track record in the delivery of high-value commercial, life sciences, data centre, or industrial projects.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building envelopes, construction methodologies, and detailing in various building types.
  • Familiarity with international construction standards, including UK, Irish, and/or EU regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
