About the Role

Come and join our team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering groundbreaking work that makes a real difference. We're searching for a strategic and driven Senior Account Manager to join our collaborative environment and lead the charge for our valued clients.

After a new business win, this is a fantastic time to join a new account team as we grow and develop our relationships. You'll support the wider team by ensuring delivery of the day-to-day workstreams in the client servicing team for 2 of the lead brands, one of which is the lead brand in their portfolio. Working closely with the wider team including project management and creative, you'll work across a range of deliverables including creative campaigns and a congress booth presence in the autumn. We'll also be delivering a new disease state awareness campaign and an updated brand campaign with new core messaging and tactics. It's a great time to join us!

What You’ll Do
Account Management
Be a strategic visionary: Develop a deep understanding of client brands, market dynamics, and key clinical studies to inform strategic recommendations.
Orchestrate seamless execution: Manage day-to-day account operations, ensuring flawless project delivery, adherence to deadlines, and unwavering quality standards.
Master the art of resource allocation: Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers, optimising resources to maximise efficiency and impact.
Instill client confidence: Keep clients informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and proactively addressing any challenges.
Embrace a data-driven approach: Conduct market intelligence research to inform strategic decisions and ensure campaigns remain ahead of the curve.
Be a financial steward: Manage budgets with precision, ensuring accurate estimating, billing, and a keen awareness of financial performance.
People Management
Foster a culture of collaboration and engagement; manage an engaged and balanced account team.
Be a master of clarity; define clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows, ensuring everyone is set up for success.
Champion effective communication; deliver clear briefings that empower your team to execute projects with confidence.
Proactively navigate challenges; anticipate potential roadblocks, proactively alert leadership, and recommend strategic solutions.

A proven track record of success in a client services role within a healthcare/medcomms agency setting
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
