We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic Healthcare team at Porter Novelli London .
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of our pharmaceutical accounts, including global leaders like Roche, Merck, Amgen and Bayer. From helping our clients tell compelling stories about their work to advocating for patients and equitable health, you’ll drive impactful campaigns across fields as diverse as oncology, neurology, rare diseases, and diabetes.

Responsibilities Client Strategy & Guidance: Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives to deliver creative, impactful campaigns and solutions for their needs.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key contact for clients, building strong relationships with them whilst also ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely work.
Campaign Development & Execution: Help plan, develop and implement integrated communication strategies to support product, corporate and advocacy campaigns.
Team Support & Development: Guide and support junior colleagues, helping them grow their skills and confidence whilst also developing your own skills on the path to Account Manager.
Content Creation: Help produce compelling written, designed and audio-visual materials, supporting client campaigns and new business proposals.
Budget & Project Oversight: Manage client budgets and projects, ensuring they stay on track and within financial scope. This includes clear, regular reporting of budget tracking and project status.
Creative Collaboration: Participate in brainstorms and ideation for creative campaigns, contributing innovative ideas to help differentiate our clients in their marketplaces.
What We’re Looking For Experience in Healthcare Communications: You have a solid background working in the global healthcare sector, with a strong grasp of industry dynamics and regulations.

An Effective Communicator: You’re skilled in advising clients and teams, ensuring clear and confident communication no matter who you’re talking to.
An Accountable Self-Starter: You take initiative and follow through on your commitments to produce high-quality, timely work, making sure no detail is overlooked.
