About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive with a passion for healthcare communications. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, strategic, and creative medical communications for global pharmaceutical clients across a range of therapy areas.

Working within a dynamic and supportive client services team, you’ll take ownership of key project elements, manage timelines and budgets, and help build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of a wide range of medical communications projects (e.g. publications, symposia, advisory boards, digital content)
  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and workflow, liaising with editorial and creative teams
  • Prepare accurate status reports, contact reports, and financial tracking documents
  • Contribute to proposals and pitch materials for new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong understanding of relevant therapy areas and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a medical communications agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong client handling and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
  • A degree in life sciences (or similar)
