The Ideal Candidate
This role is ideal for someone who has a qualification in agriculture and/or their BASIS and wants to enter a more advisory/ Sales position for a leading brand. Passion for the sector is essential, as well as commercial awareness and a drive to learn and develop your career. You will be trusted to manage your own territory and therefore must be able to be time efficient and have good business acumen.

About The Role
In this role, you will be focussing on relationship management with existing clients, ensuring they are up to date with the latest portfolio. You will be working closely with the Sales team to build relationships, and exploit marketing opportunities when possible. You will be knowledgeable within agriculture where your advice to your accounts is paramount. The aim of the role is to develop a profitable sales territory while seamlessly managing relationships and offering technical advice.

We are working with one of the UKs leading seed specialists and plant breeders. Their expert team create market leading varieties using specialised facilities. Due to internal changes, we are looking to recruit a Seed Sales Specialist to join the team.
