We have partnered with a market-leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Secondary Care Specialist to join their team!

This is a field based role covering the Republic of Ireland. You will be working with the HCP’s in your territory to gain endorsement and recommendations for our products and then you will ensure good supply in the national pharmacies.

Salary details

Competitive salary + attractive bonus scheme

Ideal requirements for the Secondary Care Specialist

A proven track record in sales ideally with experience in a hospital setting

3rd level qualification in a business or science related discipline

Understanding of sales data – skills to interpret sales trends, handle collection, collation and use of
data to assist in account and territory analysis/planning

Understanding of nutrition and probiotics a distinct advantage.

Role responsibilities for the Secondary Care Specialist

Deliver quarterly and annual territory targets in line with national budget expectations for the
financial year.

Build business relationships with relevant key opinion leaders, particularly in gastroenterology.

To construct a personal development plan with significant guidance from line manager and to take
personal accountability for implementing this plan.

Provide training and product trials to customers in support of the sales cycle and new product
launch’s.
