Evolve are working with an innovative leader in the MedTech market, who are seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. With a focus in Vascular sales, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our clients presence in the market, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders.

This is a permanent role based in East England covering Yorkshire, East Midlands, London, and the South East territory.

Ideal Requirements for the Sales Specialist

  • You must have sales and clinical experience with in the vascular therapy area, selling PICCs / Ports / CVCs.

  • A degree level or equivalent in a life science or healthcare subject.

  • Good knowledge of the Vascular procedures.

  • Proven track record of sales within Vascular, and a flair for creativity, thinking up new ideas and solutions to challenges.

    Role Responsibilities for the Sales Specialist

  • Build strong relationships with Hospitals, Clinicians, and other Key Stakeholder groups.

  • Create hospital level business plans to identify key stakeholders and drive incremental sales through a combination of commercial meeting and in-fields visits.

  • Spend time in theatre/clinic environments promoting and driving sales of the Vascular product range.

  • Keep up to date with new developments in the NHS, Anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly.
