Ihre Aufgaben:
Secure projects and build client relationships across diverse industry sectors (e.g., FMCG, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Wine & Spirits, Luxury Goods) within the Central or Northern Europe (TBD) sales region.
Develop and nurture a robust network of customers and prospects, map key decision-making processes, and conduct in-depth competitive analysis.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Lead and drive complex customer projects with strategic vision and operational efficiency.
Enhance negotiation outcomes in both offline and online settings through strong commercial expertise and business insight.
Ensure sustainable growth in sales and profitability.
Collaborate effectively as a proactive team player in a dynamic international context.
Share and disseminate critical market insights internally via innovative digital platforms.
Ihr Profil:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or technically oriented roles, ideally within a project-driven business environment.
In-depth expertise in packaging, brand protection, and/or track & trace technologies is an advantage.
A proactive self-starter with a "hunter" mindset, characterized by strong assertiveness and determination.
Naturally motivated with a positive attitude, thriving in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
Strong networker with exceptional cross-departmental communication skills.
Practical, hands-on approach and readiness to travel using a company vehicle.
Business-level fluency in both German and English; an additional European language is a plus.
