Sales Manager – Healthcare and Clinical Waste Solution Sales 

Location: England – remote – you need to be able to travel easily to central England

Salary: £50k-£70k plus 30% commission, car allowance, pension, personal healthcare

Role::

As Business Development Manager for clinical waste, you will be responsible for promoting and selling waste management services to the Clinical and Healthcare market. This would include, hospitals, care homes, pharmaceutical companies and all other potential clinical hazardous waste producers.

Your primary goal is to develop new business opportunities in the market, to identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector and to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

There will also be a portion of time devoted to inside sales and that of exploring and building on existing customer base. This is to include upselling and cross selling.  Responsible for delivering transformational, profitable growth with some of the UKs largest and most complex industrial businesses.

My client requires a proactive, problem-solving sales hunter to maximise sales, revenue, and profitability.  Using your excellent organisational and relationship management skills you’ll ensure a class-beating customer experience while seeking out opportunities for delivering added value for our clients and profitable growth.  

Other Essential Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Word and Excel

Proven Account Management skills

Sales / Retention experience 

Desirable Skills:

•    Knowledge of waste handling practises

Knowledge:

•    Experience of Waste Management is desirable, particularly Clinical, Hazardous Waste. This can include General Waste & Recycling knowledge and experience.
