You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on ourBiomolecular Services(Automation, Genomics and Cell Analysis).

Your main responsibilities will be: 

Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities Contact customers in a timely manner and schedule services efficiently Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately Provide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required  Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service

For this role, you will be working remotely combined with travel to customers primarily in the area fromLeeds to Manchester, but with occasional travel further in UK when required (with occasional nights away).

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the following background:

A recentuniversity degreein aLife Sciencesrelated field (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.) At least afirst hands-on experience(internship/placement, university project or first position)preferably in a labwithbiology techniques(PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, Flow Cytometry, Spectroscopy) Full proficiency inEnglishAvalid driving license

On a personal level, you areproactive,outgoingandcustomer oriented. You enjoy working bothautonomouslyand aspart of a team, tosolve various types of problems. You have greatcommunicationsandinterpersonal skillsto interact with many internal and external partners.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
