Job Description Sales Leadership Opportunity - Water Purification Systems based in Thame.
Competitive salary from £60k up to £70k depending on experience.
The role comes with a company car and in addition there is a sales incentive performance bonus.
We're seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to drive our ambitious growth strategy in the water purification sector. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of our business whilst leading a dynamic team of Business Development Managers.
As our ideal candidate, you'll bring a strategic mindset and proven track record in sales leadership. You'll be responsible for orchestrating our commercial success, managing both our sales and marketing initiatives whilst fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Business Development Managers
• Drive profitable growth through strategic account management and market development
• Own the marketing and exhibition budget, ensuring optimal ROI
• Collaborate with our technical teams to identify product development opportunities
• Deliver comprehensive performance management and professional development

Qualifications Essential Experience & Skills:
• Substantial experience in Water Purification Sales and Marketing, with proven ability to independently manage high-value customer portfolios
• Deep technical knowledge of water and process treatment systems
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
• Proven leadership abilities with exceptional coaching and people management skills
• First-rate negotiation skills with demonstrable commercial success
• Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Personal Qualities:
• Natural communicator with excellent presentation and written skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining strong team relationships
• Proactive approach to maintaining technological leadership in the industry
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality
Desirable:
• Engineering background or mechanical knowledge of industry applications
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
