Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively building relationships to upsell clients and drive repeat business.
  • Outreach primarily through dials & minutes on the phone but also emails, LinkedIn messaging, and others.
  • Lead sourcing: new contacts added to CRM, and tasks added to existing contacts.
  • Building overall commercial understanding of assigned therapy area in terms of target companies and congresses.
  • Managing pipeline, negotiation, closing business, and strategically growing accounts.
  • Working closely with our Client Services team to set projects up for success.
  • Sharing EMJ content with prospects directly and through social media, whilst remaining ABPI compliant.
  • Working with Procurement to complete Allocation Forms / contracting tasks.
