With 550 talented individuals across seven offices, we’re recruiting a Sales Executive to join our Healthcare commercial team and work across our healthcare portfolio.

Our Sales Executive role is a hybrid position that involves working collaboratively three days in-office at our Herne Hill location. The salary range is £25,000 -£27,500 (DOE), plus excellent OTE and company benefits. We offer on-the-job training to ensure you feel supported and empowered.

What We Can Offer You:

  • Shape the future of healthcare communication by selling essential media solutions (print, digital, events, and projects) to leading medical device and pharmaceutical companies, helping them reach the right audience, in the right way, to meet their market objectives You’ll go beyond traditional sales by developing creative promotional campaigns and sponsorships that truly stand out in our healthcare titles.

  • Build rewarding relationships and manage a dedicated portfolio of healthcare journals and cultivate strong, long-lasting connections with key industry players, ensuring mutual success and continuous growth.

  • Travel and Network by representing our prestigious healthcare journals at conferences with domestic and potential international travel. Expand your network, stay ahead of industry trends, and build your relationships across this vibrant and growing sector.

  • Continuous learning and development. We provide on-the-job training, invest in external training courses, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development. We want to see you thrive, with room for growth as we continue expanding.

    And What We Ask In Return:

  • A passion and commitment to sales and determination to succeed. You have at least one year of sales experience and you can share your success stories at the first interview. While healthcare or media sales experience is a plus, a willingness to learn is what really matters.

  • You are resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated. You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and consistently exceed expectations

  • You are a confident communicator across all mediums, with a priority focus on face-to-face and calls

  • Strong communication skills. You are confident and love building strong relationships, whether it’s with clients, colleagues, or industry professionals.

  • You embrace challenges and bring creative problem-solving in the form of solutions to the table, ensuring that both the client’s and company’s needs are met.

  • You have excellent time management and organisational skills, making sure no opportunity is missed.
