The company: A global manufacturer and market leader providing a range of engineering products and solutions across several sectors including Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, and Medical manufacturing, they are now seeking to add a graduate to their sales team. The role: By joining as a graduate sales manager, you will shadow the sales team and receive extensive product training as you gradually learn to take charge of your own accounts across a region. You will cover a nationwide role, calling into large bluechip manufacturers in the Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, and Medical sectors. You will liaise with engineering managers, maintenance managers, procurement, and design teams to sell your solutions. This is highly technical sale and a huge opportunity to break into an ever-growing market both in Ireland and abroad. Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full drivers licence to be considered. The Person: You are a recent graduate, having completed university in the last 0-2 years Ideally you will come from a Mechanical Engineering degree but other engineering or technical qualifications will be considered. You have a full driving licence and are excited by a field sales role You are coachable, admittedly not starting with all the answers but keen to be trained and developed into a successful sales manager You are ambitious, ready to attack each day with renewed vigor and make the most of all opportunities that come your way The package for this graduate sales role: £30,000 - £35,000 base salary DOE £8000 OTE year 1 (uncapped) Company car Company credit card, pension, etc 23 days holiday Skills: Sales Account Management New Business Benefits: pension commission healthcare car
