Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Healthcare and Life Sciences Sales Professional

to drive revenue growth by selling innovative solutions and services to organizations across healthcare payers, providers, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and life sciences sales, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling, with a proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within insurance carriers, managed care organizations (MCOs), third-party administrators (TPAs), healthcare providers, and life sciences companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and grow business within healthcare payer, provider, and life sciences markets.
Business Development:
Acquire new logos and generate business from existing accounts by identifying high-value opportunities across hospitals, health systems, insurers, biopharma, and medtech companies.
Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with health insurers, government payers, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), clinical research organizations (CROs), and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders (CIOs, CMIOs, CFOs, VPs of Medical Affairs, R&D, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs) across payer, provider, and life sciences organizations.
Solution Selling:
Present and demonstrate tailored solutions including healthcare technology platforms, real-world evidence (RWE), clinical data analytics, digital health tools, and value-based care models.
Contract & Deal Management:
Lead end-to-end deal cycles including RFP responses, pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and collaboration with legal, finance, and delivery teams.
Stay informed on trends such as AI in diagnostics, regulatory changes, interoperability standards, and evolving life sciences commercialization models to refine sales strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and drive measurable outcomes.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue goals, and pipeline metrics.
Qualifications s Skills:
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, life sciences, or health IT industries
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
Strong knowledge of the healthcare payer/provider landscape and life sciences value chain
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience selling digital health, clinical analytics, or SaaS-based healthcare solutions preferred
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare preferred
