Sales Development Representative – Pharmaceutical & Biotech AI SaaS. Our long-standing client is a globally recognised technology company, pioneering digital solutions that help pharmaceutical and biotech firms navigate complex pricing and market access challenges.


With sustained growth and increasing demand for their expertise, they are expanding their sales team to support their UK, EMEA, and US operations. This role has been created to strengthen their global business development efforts as they continue to scale. They are now seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to specialise in their Digital Global Market Access Performance platform, driving new business opportunities across key markets.


This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and digitally savvy sales professional to play a critical role in lead generation and business expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with their UK, EMEA, and US sales teams to nurture leads, source new client contacts, and book high-value meetings with decision-makers.


The role will specifically focus on engaging Brand and Marketing Managers within pharmaceutical and biotech companies, using multi-touch outreach strategies, including social selling and short-form video engagement. With a direct impact on pipeline growth, this role will be central to supporting revenue targets and building relationships with leading pharmaceutical firms.


They are looking for a sales specialist with experience selling into pharmaceutical and biotech companies, ideally within a SaaS or technology-led solution environment. A strong understanding of the challenges faced by pharmaceutical Brand and Marketing Managers is key, along with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging senior stakeholders, leveraging digital sales techniques, and working collaboratively across global teams to develop new business opportunities. This is an ideal role for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The salary on offer is negotiable up to £50K, with an uncapped bonus scheme featuring accelerators, offering expected first-year earnings of £10K–£15K.
