We are working with, a global leader in biopharmaceutical research & development, to recruit aSenior/Research Scientist – Antibody Discovery.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a pioneering organisation at the forefront of treating severe diseases in immunology and neurology. As a Senior Antibody Discovery Scientist, you’ll play a key role in developing antibody-based therapeutics and delivering improved gene therapy solutions

Responsibilities:

• Utilise world leading discovery technologies to discovery high quality antibodies
• Use in-vitro assays & in-vivo models to validate novel gene therapy solutions
• Use leadership & team building skills to drive forward all research
• Review data and present findings in cross-functional meetings to ensure project delivery within required timelines
• Keep up with new technologies in the filed of gene therapy & antibody discovery

Requirements:

• PhD ideally with post-doctoral experience
• Proven experience in antibody discovery/characterisation and gene therapy solutions
• Strong understanding of cell culture & molecular biology techniques
• Experience with in-vitro assays/in-vivo models for antibody discovery & flow cytometry is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills
