Umbrella Rate: £28.31/hr (Inside IR35)

What You Will Do:

• Lead and contribute to project activities, including organising meetings, preparing communications such as newsletters, surveys, and network materials.
• Coordinate and support workshops, events, and meetings to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Identify new grant opportunities, scope projects, and support bid writing to secure funding for innovative initiatives.
• Build and nurture a thriving network community through engaging activities and outreach.
• Manage project administration tasks, including collating slides for review meetings, tracking metrics, and following up on actions.

What You Will Bring:

• Scientific background, with knowledge of the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in grant writing / bid management (experience managing projects funded by Innovate UK would be desirable).
• Strong planning and organisational skills with keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Proven experience in managing meetings and network events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
