Job Description

Forum is a content product that helps investors make better investment decisions faster. We conduct in depth Interviews with senior executives and industry specialists to unearth critical insights and generate unfiltered transcripts. Our 100+strong industry aligned team covers over 3,000 public and private companies, applying data-driven factor models to identify where capital is most likely to be deployed. Our library of over 50,000 Forum Interview transcripts is continually strengthened by the generation of approximately 900 transcripts per month.  
 

Dive into our comprehensive training program and as you progress from a new hire to a seasoned Associate, you will learn:

  • How to Research various sectors and companies globally and help develop strategies to increase the adoption of our products and services
  • How to use our proprietary tools and public databases to prospect and recruit specialists who are the most pertinent for each topic
  • How to manage projects and develop relationships with experts and internal stakeholders
  • Leadership and networking skills to use throughout your career

Responsibilities

In this role your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Researching companies and topics across Healthcare sub-sectors (biotechnology & pharmaceuticals, healthcare facilities & services, and medical equipment & devices)
  • Collaborate with in-house analysts to identify key catalysts driving the performance of companies and industries that comprise a specific sector
  • Encouraging these individuals to participate in the interview, while ensuring that their insights are relevant and their fees are within budget
  • Developing relationships with existing Third Bridge industry contacts and building new ones with experts you have identified
  • Working towards tight deadlines alongside other members of the Forum team

Skills

  • Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships
  • Demonstrable skill in carrying out research with a logical and focused approach
  • A solid understanding of the wider business world; an interest in financial markets would be beneficial
  •  A resourceful nature, with a diligent and proactive approach to their work
  •  The ability to work well within a team, under pressure and with a positive attitude


Qualifications

  • Hold a degree with strong academic record
  • Professional or academic medical experience would be advantageous, including research-intensive experience, Natural Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences etc.
  • Ideally the candidate must have 0-2 years of work experience. The level of experience may vary, but what matters is your curiosity, drive and ambition



Additional Information

  • Salary: Competitive base salary of £36,500 with access to our bonus scheme.

    • In Year 1, an average performer can expect to earn at least £40,000 OTE but our top performers make more!

  • Vacation: 25 days (which increases to 28 days after 2 years of service) plus UK Bank Holidays
