About youTo be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria ** 1. Hold a first degree, in biological sciences, biochemistry, cellular biology, or molecular biology.2. Possess sufficient specialist knowledge in cancer, biochemistry and mammalian cellular biology to work within established research programmes.3. Practical experience in a laboratory environment.4. Experience of working in a research team.5. Ability to manage own research and administrative activities and work to deadlines.6. Experience of following and adapting protocols and selecting appropriate experimental methodologies.7. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.8. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to analyse scientific data and represent the research group at internal/external meetings.Desirable criteria1. Experience with flow cytometry.2. Experience culturing tumour cell lines.3. Experience with western blotting.4. In vivo small animal imaging experience.5.
