We’re expanding ourproject management network and seeking experienced professionals who can oversee projects and collaborate with medical writers, instructional designers, editors, graphic designers and developers in creating foundational, clinically based training for pharmaceutical sales professionals. Our work spans pre- through post-launch commercialization, supporting the success of cutting-edge therapies, breakthrough biologics, and innovative medical devices across global markets.

A typical day may include the following

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external client contacts as well as internal multi-functional teams
  • Set and manage client expectations through outstanding communication regarding project scope, schedule and direction
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings with the client, and participate in occasional sales presentations, representing CLD’s project management capabilities
  • Manage internal communications across departments while accounting for work processes associated with various deliverables, including print modules, workshops and e-learning deliverables
  • Facilitate, coordinate and track day-to-day activities and resources required to deliver our products efficiently, on time and within the proper quality

 

Who we’re looking for

  • B.A. or equivalent experience managing and designing blended learning solutions
  • 3-4 years of project management experience within a digital agency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within budget and scope, as well as to assess and manage client expectations
  • Perform regular risk assessments and mitigate risks that may arise
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Understand medical/scientific terminology to the extent that it instills credibility with the client that their needs are being effectively addressed
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
