The role

As Regulatory Affairs Lead, you’ll join our Legal, Data, Governance, and Regulatory team. In this cross-functional role, you’ll help ensure our products, services, and marketing consistently meet regulatory requirements across the UK and EU markets. Reporting to the Regulatory Manager, you’ll take a hands-on approach to strengthening our compliance frameworks and supporting the delivery of scalable, business-wide regulatory solutions.

You’ll be:

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across existing products, services, and treatment categories.
  • Collaborating on due diligence for new product development and working with QA on third-party supplier onboarding.
  • Helping shape scalable processes that make regulatory compliance more consistent and efficient across the organisation.
  • Applying regulatory strategies across the company to maintain a uniform compliance approach.
  • Building trusted partnerships across business units and offering timely regulatory and technical guidance.
  • Reviewing websites, advertising content, TV ads, print materials, and other marketing assets to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Keeping key business functions informed of new regulatory developments impacting operations.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A background in chemistry, biochemistry, biomedical science, pharmacology, or a similar discipline, whether through formal education or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and prior experience within regulated consumer industries such as medicines, food, supplements, or medical devices.
  • A high level of curiosity and a willingness to develop and share expertise.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Confidence navigating matrix environments and managing multiple stakeholder needs.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and openness to learning SaaS tools.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Familiarity with healthcare advertising regulations such as the CAP Code and MHRA Blue Guide.
  • Experience in medical device development and/or registration.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Exposure to multiple regulated consumer product categories, such as foods, cosmetics, or general consumer products.
