Based in Horsham, we recruit across the globe for our clients, and attend international conferences and meetings annually across the US and Europe.

The Role

This is an exciting position, with variation and ongoing development and is a key role in our business. You will be responsible for:

  • Networking and connecting within the pharma industry globally to engage and attract key talent for our established and growing client base

  • Actively sourcing and qualifying candidates while managing the client’s needs and expectations

  • Solving high-level strategy problems by understanding the needs and opportunities of the business, candidate, and client

  • Generating a reliant candidate pool and strong client base

  • Writing advertisements for both job boards and LinkedIn

  • Understanding the market trends and growth within the sector

    We are looking for individuals with high levels of resilience and self-motivation who thrive working within a collaborative environment. You must have a keen interest in personal development with a desire to hit targets and reach goals.
