We’re working with a dynamic and growing hospitality group in London seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong hospitality background, a people-first approach, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes at all levels.

Previous recruitment experience in the hospitality industry is a must for this role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for management roles across kitchen and front of house.
  • Support venue managers with junior-level recruitment and future hiring needs.
  • Advise and train managers on effective interview techniques.
  • Stay informed on labour legislation and ensure compliance across venues.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and employment documentation.
  • Source and screen candidates across various platforms and coordinate interviews.
  • Plan and execute recruitment events and open days.
  • Build relationships with colleges, recruiters, and job boards to diversify talent pipelines.
  • Ensure recruitment aligns with company culture and values.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment spend and budget.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, including competitor pay and benefits.
  • Lead recruitment strategy for new venue openings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of the London hospitality market.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with managing direct reports and leading recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities across a busy business.
  • Up-to-date understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.
