What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include:

Client Partnership : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the life sciences industry, understanding their unique hiring needs.
Talent Sourcing : Identify, engage, and screen high-quality candidates for a wide range of roles in life sciences and healthcare.
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to interview coordination, negotiation, and placement.
Networking and Market Intelligence : Build a network of contacts within life sciences, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide insightful advice to clients and candidates.
Target Achievement : Meet and exceed individual and team targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality placements that drive client success.
