- Have some recruitment experience, but are open to try new methods and ways of working
- Have a LinkedIn account – we can teach you how to use it effectively to build a network
- Are self-motivated, enjoy working in an adult environment, and success-driven
- Enjoy continuous learning and are fascinated by new technologies and trends
- Networking is something you can enjoy
- You could be consultative and strategic as a specialist consultant in an industry, not just cold calling for jobs
