We’re looking for aGerman-speaking Recruiter to support recruitment for a global client in thepharmaceutical sector. We are open to Remote working but we have a super capable German team in the Edinburgh office

You’ll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates across Germany and the DACH region, supporting scientific, technical, and manufacturing functions. This is a chance to shape high-quality hiring experiences and help build teams that drive innovation in healthcare.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver best-in-class talent across Germany and the DACH region

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on quality, compliance, and candidate care

  • Providing an excellent candidate experience in both English and German

  • Building tailored sourcing strategies for specialist pharma and life sciences roles

  • Strengthening our client’s employer brand across relevant channels and networks

  • Screening CV'S and calling candidates

What You’ll Bring

  • FluentGerman and English(written and spoken)

  • An interests in AI or learning AI recruitment skills
  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing , pharma, life sciences, or technical sectors

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, high-quality environment

  • Understanding of the hiring landscape in Germany and/or the broader DACH region

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and local compliance considerations

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for people
