Are you a hard-working and reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid Reach Truck Forklift Licence?
We are currently seeking dedicated Finished Goods Warehouse Operative’s to join the team at our client in Wokingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven experience in handling finished products, who is committed to accuracy, quality, and safety, and is looking for stable, consistent work with a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient operation of a Reach Truck forklift for the movement, stacking, and retrieval of finished medical devices and related products within the warehouse.
  • Accurate loading and unloading of finished product deliveries and dispatches, ensuring product integrity.
  • Precise picking, packing, and preparation of finished goods orders for dispatch, adhering to strict quality and compliance standards for medical devices.
  • Stock management of finished products, including receiving, checking, locating, and stock rotation.
  • Performing quality checks on outgoing finished goods to ensure they meet standards and requirements.
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation, cleanliness, and safety within the finished goods warehouse area.
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required, with a focus on precision and product care.
    Requirements:
  • Essential: Valid and in-date Reach Truck Forklift Licence.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative, with a strong emphasis on working within a finished goods or highly regulated dispatch environment (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, food).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Physically capable of manual handling tasks when required.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn about quality control in a manufacturing/medical device context.
    This is an ongoing full-time Monday to Friday position where you'll be working 6am-2:30pm.
    The pay rate is £14.31 per hour.
